Dual Enrollment Between Middle and High School

Attention all current 7th graders (and especially their parents)!  Next year as an eighth grader there will be a tremendous opportunity available to you that doesn't exist today.  You will be able to take courses at the High School alongside 9th graders and receive High School credit as well - while still continuing to complete your middle school requirements.

Our Students at Upper Cape

I thought I would take some time and pass along some very positive words that I almost forgot about during the last budget cycle.  As you may or may not be aware, the number of students accepted to Upper Cape from Wareham is disproportionately higher than enrollment from the other four participating towns.  According to the Superintendent of Upper Cape, this is due to the higher quality of grades from those students applying from Wareham.

The Facts and Future of Wareham School Busing

The results have been in for a little while now and there is no longer any doubt that it is cheaper to keep school busing managed in-house by the Wareham Public School District than it is to outsource it to a private company.  How much cheaper?  Over $400,000 cheaper.
